....On 96. My first thought was "they must be crazy, that can't get any decent mileage on the hwy"! But still, that patina is mouth watering.

Then as I drove up to take a pic, I half-expected the driver to be some older gentleman, with maybe crazy hair and perhaps facial hair of some sort. Nope, it was a woman who, from the looks of it, was around my age (27) or younger! That threw me for a loop, as I stared longer than I expected. She saw me, so I gave her a thumbs-up in approval. I also want a '71 Mustang now....

First I saw the 'stang, and I was all 'yeah!' Then I saw Gengar and I was like 'yeaaah!' Then I saw the companion cube and was all 'YEAAAH!'

That's a neat find! Was it a Mach? It looks like it has the right decklid, but maybe not. Kind of hard to tell. Your companion cube is blocking where the logo should be!

Mad props for the Companion Cube, I have a turret on my desk at work... for reasons.

Also young(er I think 27 is too old to be called you, but not quite old) people also drive muscle cars... I am one of them.

If you love this body style Mustang and have never seen the original Gone in 60 Seconds, you need to watch the chase scene. Be warned it's 40 minutes long.

The Mustang gets pretty effed up by the end.

All the stunt driving was real. There's a spot where the driver (writer & director of the film) misjudges, clips a car, and spins out into a light pole- it was a mistake and he ended up severely injured. After a couple months of recovery he started driving again, and compacted ten vertebrae in the jump at the end of the chase.

Hell of a car chase.

Yeah, I love small trinkets or figurines. Fun fact, Gengar is attached to the rear view mirror by a very small bungee cord! And of course, my fuzzy dice that I partially colored in cuz I got bored one day!

The hood was the same as a Mach, but I'm not too familiar with that Gen of mustangs (that's gonna have to change now).

I will say, that the either the driver was non-chalantly driving (she didn't care), or that the car was struggling to go forward. Or it has lost a lot of horses.

She was driving very peculiar too. She only passed one car really, and when she changed lanes to pass me, she didn't. She just stayed in that lane, and she was like 4 car-lengths behind me.

This morning I say a 1st gen mustang coupe, on 96. Didn't take a pic though, -_-.

He looks great hanging there! I've got a Pikachu plush riding up front on the drivers side, a couple of weird Corsa C'mons on the dash and a little 8-bit Luigi hanging from the rear view. Miniatures are the best!

Still, it was a surprise. A very nice surprise. A '70s gen Mustang still in use? Especially when the '60s mustangs are more popular. And a girl driving it? A younger girl at that? I was actually excited, because I thought she had very nice taste cars and it means that the older crowd isn't hoarding all the cool cars, :).

So.....what muscle car do you have? Lol.

Yep, that movie is what made me love that gen of mustang in the first place. It's awkward body styling, it's boxy design, I love it, :).

The companion cube my wife made, :). Now that I think about it, I need more digimon themed items in my car/life....

She crocheted a Terriermon for my younger brother, because Terriermon is do small, it could be life-sized. I want a Lopmon, but she hadn't made it yet, lol.

Too bad I'm on mobile. I could get pics to show you, lol.

I would bet on it being a Mach or Boss 351. That is some strange driving though.
